Ho MCE In Trouble Over Ghc90K, Financer Threatens To Sue Him

A renowned Contractor in the Ketu North Municipality, Mr. David Avorgbedor, popularly known as SABU, has expressed frustration over monies owed him by the MCE of Ho Municipal Assembly, Hon. Divine Richard Bosson.

Mr. Avorgbedor, the CEO of SABU-DAV company limited speaking to a DFS News live reporter, alleged that the current MCE for Ho Municipality duped him of GHC 90000.00 in 2021.

The benevolent contractor said the Honourable Municipal Chief Executive of Ho Municipality, came for his money in 2021 to help him nourish his MCE political ambitions but wickedly, arrogantly, and criminally failed to return it despite all efforts to recover the hefty cash.

The SAB-DAV’s CEO, David, expressed these worries to DFS News Live, emphasizing the critical need for the MCE to refund his money or else he will go naked in his office and expose him further with the names of the big guns within the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) he mentioned to him before receiving the money.

The aggrieved contractor, appealing to the regional minister through the media, has called on the MCE to return his money to alleviate the hunger and long-suffering his actions visited on him during the period.

Furthermore, He threatened to embark on a one-man demonstration with his family on the principal streets of Ho Municipal Assembly if his GHC90000.00 is not paid within one week from the release of the news.

He said the interest-free loan of GHC 90000.00 has made the MCE voiding his calls, hence resorting to the media.

When contacted by the DFS News Live Volta correspondent, the Hon. MCE confirmed owing the contractor cum the NPP financier.

He admitted that he went for the money on October 3, 2021, to pay for his confirmation processes.

He continued by saying that he made a partial payment of GHC 20000.00 out of the total of GHC 90000.00, but his present financial position is preventing him from making the full payment but the irate contractor said he has not gotten a receipt for the GHC 20000.00 payment made by the MCE.

When speaking to the media, the Honorable MCE who is also aspiring to be the Parliamentary candidate of the NPP in Ho central Constituency said he is putting measures in place to refund the money.

” You don’t have money to pay me my money yet you have money to pay for your nomination fees and again ready to pay for the filing of your nominations”, Sabu stated.
