Member of Parliament for Jomoro Constituency Dorcas Affo-Toffey has donated 50 bags of rice, boxes of cooking oil and cash to the Muslim community in her constituency.
The donation on Thursday, April 20, according to the MP, was to support the Muslim community as they observed the end of Ramadan.
The Deputy Chief Iman of Jomoro Municipality at Tikobo Number One Mosque received the items of behalf of his people.
“May the crescent moon be our guiding light and strength, fill our life, peace and grace,” Madam Affo-Toffey wrote on Facebook.
