The 24th edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) grand finale kicked off with a powerful performance by some of Ghana’s most celebrated gospel stars.
The group, which included Piesie Esther, Celestine Donkor, Ohemaa Mercy and MOG Music, appeared on stage dressed in stunning all-white outfits that symbolized purity and peace. The ensemble was completed by backing vocalists and extras who were also dressed in white.
Their performance was a rendition of Pieise Esther’s ‘Way3 Me Yie’ which captivated the audience from the very beginning to the very end.
Their harmonious voices and soulful melodies filled the auditorium, creating an atmosphere of worship and celebration.
The performance is also a testament to the support Piesie Esther has garnered since she returned to the music industry after a long hiatus.
It was also a reminder that despite the difficulties of the past year, they were reasons to celebrate and give thanks.
