Mother of Abigail Adjiri, the winner of the 14th season of TV3’s Talented Kidz, has expressed a desire for her daughter to take her talents to the international stage by participating in America’s Got Talent.

In an interview with Berla Mundi on the Day Show, Abigail’s mother stated that her daughter’s win was a huge accomplishment, and she and her family were poised to support the 7-year-old to do what it takes to succeed on an even bigger stage.

“We’ll want Abigail to go higher, we’ll not let her down, we’ll do our possible best to put her to the higher ground like America’s Got Talent,” she said

The proud mother believes that the exposure and experience that Abigail would gain from participating in America’s Got Talent would be invaluable for her growth as an artist.

“She’s been watching the show and we want her to go for America’s Got Talent,” she also disclosed

Rated as one of the most popular and widely watched talent shows in the world, America’s Got Talent attracts contestants from across the globe.

The show has a history of featuring talented young performers, such as Grace VanderWaal, who won the competition at the age of 12.

Abigial’s tariner, Whyalways Vokersmoni, who introduced the idea to her parents said plans were far advanced for her to participate in America’s Got Talent as it could provide the young dancer with an opportunity to showcase her talents to a global audience.

“It’s my wish, I told her mum that I’ll take her there, trust me, it’ll take us about one and half years to prepare for the show and we’ll need support,” he revealed

As a reputable platform, America’s Got Talent will connect her with talented artists, and receive valuable feedback from judges and fans. It could also help to elevate her career and open up new doors and opportunities for her in the music industry.

Abigail beat stiff competition from 5 other contestants to win the ultimate title as season 14 winner of TV3’s Talented Kidz. 

Despite her hearing impairment, young Abigail sealed the perfect victory with her performance at the grand finale that wowed the judges, audience and viewers at home.

Throughout the competition, Abigail showcased her incredible talent by performing a variety of dance repertoire, from traditional Ghanaian music to popular international hits, and always managed to connect with the audience.

Other past winners of TV3’s Talented Kidz who have made it to the international stage include DJ Swith, Naakyeat Dramani and Nana Ak.
